- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process
1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@sanitadesigns.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare Your Return: Once your return is authorized, securely pack your item in its original packaging. Include all original materials, such as packaging, tags, and accessories.
3. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@sanitadesigns.com for further instructions.
